SERVICES
Beck Helicopters have provided maintenance in house and externally since 1982.
We are NZ CAA part 145 certified, maintenance, repair and component overhaul (MRO). Our team of engineers are available to carry out Maintenance, inspection and repair of the following aircraft series. We can provide all your line maintenance and repair solution’s, with a sheet metal repair station capable of carrying out structural repairs, skin replacements and repairs, honeycomb repairs with vacuum bonding capabilities. We can facilitate incorporation of Supplementary Type Certifies (STC) / Alert Service Bulletins (ASB) / Technical Bulletins (TB) and Modifications working closely with several Part 146 providers. We can also offer complete paint stripping and refinishing services utilizing our Panda ™ heated paint booth, and interior fit outs.

Honeywell T53 series
We have an engine repair station capable of carrying out line maintenance and heavy maintenance and repairs of the Honeywell T53 engines. We can also carry out in-flight T53 engine vibration spectrum survey requirements, along with subcomponent replacement and all operational in aircraft setup parameters.
Rolls Royce 250 series
We can also provide line and maintenance and servicing of the Rolls Royce M250 Series engines.
